Meet Jon Mills, owner of the award winning Foundry.

Today, we check-in with Jon Mills, who founded Canterbury Brewers and Distillers - better known by locals as The Foundry, together with his wife Jodie.

What can we say about Jon? Well, not only is he a true ambassador for the City of Canterbury, but his entrepreneurial creativity has played a key role in shaping the city’s image and international appeal - the steady stream of international visitors who come to see his craftsmanship is testament to that.

Jon’s passion for brewing and distilling is insatiable, with more than 16 hand-crafted beers and ciders brewed on site at the Foundry - alongside a huge range of spirits, including Gins, Vodkas, Rums - many of which are winners of prestigious global awards.
