Gentle yoga, movement, meditation and breath work for all abilities, no experience of yoga needed.
Classes are especially designed to support those dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, ME, and other fatigue conditions, including autoimmune issues and long-covid.
The class is led by Lindsey Coates who has completed specialist training in ‘Yoga for Stress, Burnout and Fatigue Conditions, including Long Covid’.
Since then alongside her training and practice as a craniosacral therapist, she has been combining her knowledge of yoga, meditation, health and wellbeing to support those dealing with these issues to recover and re-find wellness.
