  • Jumbo Black Tiger Prawn. These rare giant prawns are wild caught in the Indian Ocean. They are meaty and full of natural flavours.
  • ​Spice Encrusted Wild Sea Bass. This fish is caught off the Kent coast and is known for its delicate flavour. Most seabass in their markets are farmed.
