Yoga classes with a big focus on finding the poses that work better for you, how to do them, what your habits are and how to take control over them.

Over the weeks you'll work on developing an individualised practice and understanding the uniqueness of your use of yourself in movement and at rest.

All abilities and levels of experience are welcome, including beginners.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
